Community Enhancement Program Local non-profit entities may be eligible for Community Enhancement (CE) grant funding from the County to stimulate tourism, promote the economy, create jobs and improve quality of life. The Community Enhancement Program funds grants for cultural activities, museums, visitor and convention bureaus, economic development councils, and other similar institutions that program and general tourism and/or economic development at the regional and community levels throughout San Diego County. Find your district First, determine which Board of Supervisors district(s) that you’re applying to using the Board of Supervisors district map. Submit your application to the Board of Supervisors district where your project or program will take place. If it is in multiple districts, you will need to submit a separate application to each district office. You can look at past awards to see what offices decided to support.
