About Us The British Columbia Conservation Foundation (BCCF) was founded and incorporated under the Society Act of British Columbia in 1969, by the Directors of the BC Wildlife Federation, to contribute significantly to the perpetuation and expansion of fish and wildlife populations through the efficient implementation of projects in the field. We are a federally registered charity dedicated to the conservation and stewardship of British Columbia's ecosystems and species. Community Conservation Fund Empowering communities to take action: our Community Conservation Fund supports locally driven conservation initiatives across British Columbia. Community conservation efforts make an important impact in protecting and enhancing our wildlife and ecosystems. Objectives: The Community Conservation Fund is a BC Conservation Foundation program that supports community-based conservation initiatives around the province.Program objectives aim to provide community-based approaches, collaboration, applied knowledge and/or education to positively impact fish and wildlife populations at the local level.Eligibility
