Comcast RISE Grant Program
Comcast RISE (Representation, Investment, Strength and Empowerment) is a grant program designed to support small businesses hardest hit by COVID-19 and help them thrive with a focus on economic growth.
Geographic Scope: Multnomah County, Oregon (part of a multi-region program including Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, and Philadelphia)

- Number of Awards: 100 small business owners in Multnomah County
- Grant Package Value: Approximately $40,000 per recipient
