Program Overview: Code Blue was developed in 1999 to help rural Alaskan communities fund essential EMS equipment and patient transportation needs.

Funding Sources: State, federal, local government and private foundation funding partnership including USDA-Rural Development, State of Alaska, Rasmuson Foundation, Denali Commission, local communities, borough governments, and regional offices.
