Coalitions & Collaboratives AIM Grant (Action, Implementation & Mitigation)

The AIM (Action, Implementation and Mitigation) Grant from Coalitions & Collaboratives (COCO), a Colorado nonprofit, funds capacity-building for wildfire risk reduction on non-federal lands (personnel, planning, mitigation work). Award $10,000–$50,000, one year, 1:1 match required; 137 organizations funded to date. The fall 2026 funding round is postponed "until further notice" due to USFS agreement funding uncertainty. Award $10,000–$50,000 for a one-year period; requires a 1:1 cash or in-kind match; applicants must show coordination with the larger community wildfire strategy and federal partners. NOTE: the fall funding round is currently postponed pending U.S. Forest Service agreement funding.
