4. Experimental Methodology and Plan
- Define statistical analyses
- Justify sample numbers accordingly
5. Preliminary Data
- Supporting the specific aims and methodology
6. References
7. Gantt Chart
- For completion of experimental plan (see example provided)
8. Other Supports
- Current and pending funding
- Specify any overlapping support
9. Detailed Budget
- Personnel costs
- Materials costs
- All other direct costs
- Include justification for each expense (use template provided)
- Note: Indirect costs should NOT be included; institutions must waive indirect costs per foundation bylaws

Key Requirements

• Project must have direct relevance to CMT4B3 (understanding the disease or unique treatment approach)
• Project must not have been previously performed elsewhere
• Applicant must conduct due diligence to confirm the same work is not currently being conducted in another lab
• Proposals without detailed budget and justification will NOT be considered
