Overview

The Cloudsplitter Rapid Response Grants provide urgent funding for local not-for-profit organizations facing immediate needs. These rolling, off-cycle grants support requests under $5,000 for special and urgent needs; to request one, contact the foundation's Grants Director. This initiative by the Cloudsplitter Foundation aims to assist organizations that cannot wait for the regular grant cycles.

NOTE: The 2026 request deadlines are January 1st, May 1st and September 1st. Applications must be received no later than 5pm. Requests received after 5 pm will be considered in a subsequent funding round.
These off-cycle grants are reserved for special and urgent needs that cannot wait for the next planned grant cycle. These are limited to requested amounts below $5,000. To request such a Rapid Response grant, please contact our Grants Director.
