Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)

Provides low-interest loans for planning, design, and construction of water quality projects including wastewater treatment works, non-point source management, decentralized systems, stormwater management, conservation measures, watershed projects, energy efficiency, wastewater/stormwater reuse, and security improvements at treatment works. Loan terms up to 30 years with repayment beginning one year after project completion. Loan subsidy may be available to disadvantaged borrowers or those incorporating sustainability features. Interest rates from 0.01% for public entities to 2.375% for private entities.
