Overview

Mission Statement The Lutz Foundation was established in 1995 after the deaths of Clarence H. and Anna E. Lutz, who spent their last years living in Chester. Their purpose in endowing this foundation was to help fund various religious and community needs, as well as educational, health and welfare programs. In endowing these grants, our mission is to enrich as many lives as possible with the funds available each year. We hope to make our community a better place to live, raise a family, and retire, as a result of these endeavors. We strive to support entities that have a broad based community support program. We support community, health, educational and religious projects in that order of interest.  The Board welcomes new and innovative ideas, programs, projects, and needs.
