Opioid Crisis Program Fund The City of Buffalo Division of Urban Affairs hereby issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking proposals from qualified organizations with the ability to provide a community-based response to the ongoing opioid epidemic. The purpose of this RFP is to allow for the distribution of grant funding that has been set aside in the Fiscal Year City Budget for programming to combat the opioid addiction crisis. New York State’s allowable use of funds are for approved uses and should be considered when submitting a proposal. Grant funding will be awarded to those organizations whose applications are deemed most meritorious, with the goal of maximizing positive community impact. The City reserves the right to determine the organizations for award and the amount of funding that will be provided to each organization.Eligibility
