Chippewa County Community Foundation The Chippewa County Community Foundation (CCCF) serves as a community leader to improve the quality of life by building permanent endowments, promoting effective grantmaking, fostering philanthropy, stimulating community dialogue, and helping donors achieve their charitable goals. Established in 1994, the Chippewa County Community Foundation is one of more than 700 community foundations in the United States today. We serve Chippewa County, offering people a variety of ways to touch our community through philanthropic giving. Chippewa, Luce and Mackinac Conservation District Young Leaders Scholarship This scholarship was created to support young leaders to further their education in the fields of agriculture or natural resources.

Eligibility

Who can apply: Any student graduating from any high school in Chippewa, Luce or Mackinac County or any currently enrolled student at a post-secondary school who graduated from a high school in Chippewa, Luce or Mackinac County.Students have to be enrolled in a post-secondary school for agriculture or natural resources. It doesn't have to be a degree program . It can be vocational, certificate or training.Students must demonstrate their commitment to the agriculture or natural resources career path through community involvement, leadership ability and academic achievement.Applicants must show commitment to chosen career path in agriculture or natural resources with the exception of parks and recreation or law enforcement.Minimum GPA of 2.8
