Mission: To honor the sacrifice of America's fallen and disabled service members and first responders by providing educational support to their families.

Program Overview

The Children's Fund scholarship seeks to provide support for dependent(s) enrolled in grades K-12. Funds may be used for private school tuition, educational tutoring, approved/accredited homeschooling curriculum, required books and uniforms.

Eligibility

• Dependents of fallen military service members
• Dependents of disabled military service members
• Dependents of fallen first responders (police, fire-fighters, EMTs, paramedics)
• Dependents of disabled first responders
• Must be enrolled in grades K-12

Allowable Uses of Funds

• Private school tuition
• Educational tutoring
• Approved/accredited homeschooling curriculum
• Required books
• Required uniforms

• Eastern Pennsylvania
• New Jersey
• United States (program operates nationally through Folds of Honor)

Background

Since its inception in 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded nearly 73,000 scholarships totaling over $340 million. The organization recently expanded its mission to include America's first responders (police, fire-fighters, EMTs, and paramedics) in addition to military families.
