The Chicago Healthcare Workplace Wellbeing Collaborative (WWC) supports the wellbeing, resilience, and retention of healthcare workers serving Chicago's most under-resourced communities.

Geographic Scope: City of Chicago

Eligible Applicants: Healthcare providers in the city of Chicago

Focus Areas:

• Innovative, staff-informed strategies addressing burnout
• Secondary trauma prevention
• Job insecurity solutions
• Other workplace challenges facing the healthcare safety net
• Supporting healthcare workers during critical moments tied to federal actions, funding cuts, executive orders, and legislative/policy shifts

Award Type: One-time strategic grants of $10,000 or $20,000
