- Paint a picture of the work you will do with students
- Explain why your chosen tools/resources will make a difference
- Share evidence and research supporting your approach
- Include examples of potential outcomes and sample student artifacts
- Define what success looks like and how you will evaluate project success
- Share clear identifiers and outcomes to measure achievement of goals

4. Submit your application:
- Follow the monthly deadline schedule
- Use the official Grant Application Form
- Submit according to instructions provided in the application materials
