Giving back to the community through grant making is one way how we fulfill our mission of “Connecting People Who Care with Causes that Matter”. Through the generosity of our donors, The Charlotte Community Foundation can award grant-making dollars each year to organizations serving the needs of communities in and around Charlotte County, Florida.

Leadership Charlotte Grant for Youth

Organizations or collaborations must be a member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce

Must provide funding for charitable purposes to organizations assisting Children & Youth.

Examples include but not limited to:

* Afterschool programs
* Reading Programs
* Fitness Programs
* Career Development
* Feeding Programs
