CFNC: GroupGives Grant

The GroupGives Fund, managed by the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, aims to assist individuals in securing and maintaining housing through education, home maintenance, and financial support. Established in 2012, it provides strategic grants to nonprofit organizations focused on affordable and supportive housing within Larimer County. With both annual Impact Grants and smaller project grants, GroupGives embodies the belief that every person deserves a place to call home.

Background
The GroupGives Fund serves as the charitable arm of The Group Real Estate. The fund was founded to help people get into and stay in their homes through education, home maintenance/improvement, and financial assistance. Grants from the fund support organizations and programs that promote this mission.
The GroupGives grant is a philanthropic initiative managed by the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado (now known as the NoCo Foundation) in partnership with The Group Real Estate.
Mission and Focus Areas
GroupGives operates under the belief that "every person deserves a place to call home." Its grants are designed to fund strategic, one-time projects aligned with this mission, focusing on areas such as affordable housing, supportive housing, and shelters.
GroupGives offers both annual Impact Grants and several smaller grants throughout the year. The Impact Grants are larger, catalytic grants awarded to a few nonprofit recipients annually. Smaller grants are distributed to organizations working on projects aligned with GroupGives’ mission.

Eligibility

Organizations must have 501(c)(3) status to apply.This grant opportunity is available to entities serving the communities of GroupGives within Larimer County.
