CFGFW Rising Together Grants : Connected Community

The CFGFW Rising Together Grants aim to enhance community well-being by providing operational funding aligned with the Community Foundation's strategic plan. These grants are designed to support initiatives that advocate for underserved populations, foster pride, and cultivate relationships that promote belonging. With five grant windows linked to specific pillars of the 'Let's Rise!' Vision Plan, the program emphasizes collaboration across various sectors, including arts, transportation, and health support, ensuring a comprehensive approach to community development.

Vision Plan resulted from rigorous strategic planning the Community Foundation embarked on in 2019. The Rising Together Grants align with our strategic plan and our vision for this Community to be a place where all our neighbors experience greater well-being and quality of life. These signature grants align with each pillar in our “Let’s Rise!” Vision Plan and are funded through the Paul Clarke Endowment and the Community Impact Fund. The grant cycle includes five windows; each window is aligned with a pillar. The Rising Together Grant Program is exclusively for operational funding.
