    The PTO aids teachers on their teaching path with everyday needs (classroom or school activities, supplies, resources, workshops, enrichment programs). The CEF creates new paths for teachers through innovative, creative projects.

    How to Apply

    Application Process

    1. Submit Application: Submit your application via the Google Form by the deadline date (October 10, 2025 for 2025 grants)

    2. Single Combined Application: There is one unified application for both PTO and CEF grants—no need to differentiate between the two organizations

    3. Eligibility: Proposals may be submitted by individuals or teams, and more than one proposal per person or team will be considered

    4. Review & Approval Process:
    - Proposals are reviewed by the Grants Committee
    - Committee votes on recommendations
    - Approved grants are voted on by CEF Board
    - Approved grants move to the School Committee for final approval in November
    - Applicants are notified in December

    5. Post-Award Requirements:
    - Within 30 days of completing your project or once grant items are in use, recipients must submit a short evaluation form

      Timeline

    • Grant applications typically due: mid-October (specifically October 10, 2025)
    • Grants Committee meeting: shortly after deadline
    • School Committee approval: November
    • Applicant notification: December
    • Goal: Get funding out as soon as possible after approval
