How to Apply
Application Process
1. Submit Application: Submit your application via the Google Form by the deadline date (October 10, 2025 for 2025 grants)
2. Single Combined Application: There is one unified application for both PTO and CEF grants—no need to differentiate between the two organizations
3. Eligibility: Proposals may be submitted by individuals or teams, and more than one proposal per person or team will be considered
4. Review & Approval Process:
- Proposals are reviewed by the Grants Committee
- Committee votes on recommendations
- Approved grants are voted on by CEF Board
- Approved grants move to the School Committee for final approval in November
- Applicants are notified in December
5. Post-Award Requirements:
- Within 30 days of completing your project or once grant items are in use, recipients must submit a short evaluation form
- Grant applications typically due: mid-October (specifically October 10, 2025)
- Grants Committee meeting: shortly after deadline
- School Committee approval: November
- Applicant notification: December
- Goal: Get funding out as soon as possible after approval
