Eligibility:

• Organizations led by visionary social entrepreneurs
• Leaders with strong connections to communities served
• Organizations with track record and potential for impact through scale and national influence
• Must be proximate leaders with direct lived experience or meaningful guidance from constituents

Application Process

Current Status: No open funding opportunities at this time. Organizations should subscribe to newsletter for upcoming calls.

Two Types of Discovery Form Submissions:

General Submission

• For organizations interested in New Profit's pipeline in general
• Not necessarily for a specific grantmaking cycle
• On a rolling basis, New Profit assesses strategic alignment to current investment strategies and priorities
• Organizations can expect email response from Investment Selection team

Cycle-Specific Submission

• For organizations interested in upcoming or active grantmaking cycles
• Used to assess strategic alignment before inviting full application
• Subset of organizations invited to complete full application

Steps:

1. Submit Discovery Form (communicates interest and provides baseline information)
2. Strategic alignment assessment
3. Invitation to full application (for selected organizations)
4. Complete full application
5. Screening and diligence
