Cashmere Schools Foundation Renewal Scholarship Grant

The Cashmere Schools Foundation Renewal Scholarship, offered by the Community Foundation of North Central Washington, supports graduating seniors from Chelan or Douglas counties who enroll in the nursing program at Wenatchee Valley College. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrate leadership through community service, and exhibit financial need. Community Foundation of North Central Washington
The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties.
The Cashmere Schools Foundation began awarding scholarships to graduating seniors of Cashmere High School in 2000. The mission of the Cashmere Schools Foundation is to provide scholarships and other post-secondary support to graduates and strengthen the capacity of the Cashmere School District to provide a quality education for all students.

Eligibility

Is a graduating senior of a Chelan or Douglas county high school or a Wenatchee Valley College student
Plans to enroll or is enrolled in the nursing program at Wenatchee Valley College
Has a cumulative GPA of 3.0
Demonstrates leadership ability through participation in community service and extracurricular activities
Demonstrates financial need
Renewal is possible for recipients after acceptance into the nursing program; must reapply and compete with new applicants
