Applications are processed directly through the respective universities (Carroll University and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Lubar School of Business). Students do not apply directly to the ECA.

Note: This is a scholarship program where universities identify and select recipients. Individual students do not submit separate applications to the ECA; rather, they must be enrolled as graduating seniors at one of the two designated universities.
