Office of Grants Management The office provides assistance to Local Education Agencies (LEAs), other agencies and Department program offices through the establishment and maintenance of systems to plan for, acquire, award and manage grant funds in a fair and equitable manner to support initiatives that promote academic excellence, teacher and leader effectiveness, school innovation and choice, and accountability. Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA)-Continuation-Year 4 It is the intent of the Career & Technical Student Organization (CTSO) – Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) Year 4/4 Continuation grant program to provide statewide leadership (state advisors) for the Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) identified below. CTSOs are student-led organizations that develop student competencies and career readiness designed to 1) prepare them for success in environments in different broad industry areas, 2) gain self-confidence and pride in their work and accomplishments, 3) learn good leadership qualities and skills, and 4) identify and make realistic career choices that encourage individual achievement and recognition. The CTSO Grant Program is a continuation grant available only to Kean University, which was selected in Year 1, to administer and coordinate activities for the following CTSO: HOSA. The grant period is from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, and the maximum amount of the grant award is $158,500.Eligibility
