ROAR for Autism is a family-friendly biking, walking, and running event that raises awareness and money for autism research.

• Secondary Criterion: Best encompasses Cara's fundraising spirit and dedication

Background

This award was created to honor Cara Becker's memory and her years of involvement with ROAR for Autism, where she worked securing raffle prizes and selling hundreds of tickets. Her mother, Jill Becker, co-chaired the event for many years.
