    The Business Pathways to Quality program supports child care programs in Nebraska by offering:

  • Business training

  • Access to resources

  • Mentoring to enhance operations and leadership skills

  • Goal-setting and achievement support over a 6-month period
  • Structure:

  • Directors and Family Child Care Providers set goals based on assessments

  • Work with mentors over 6 months to achieve them

  • After accomplishing one goal, participants can begin a new pathway for the next goal (continuous improvement model)
  • Current Status

    Program is currently full but applicants can join the waitlist to be first to know when new spots open.

    How to Apply

    Application Requirements

    1. Must have a current Nebraska child care license
    2. Must be a Center Director or Family Child Care Program Owner
    3. Have a willingness to engage in self-reflection and goal setting

    2. If program is full, you will be placed on a waitlist
    3. Waitlist applicants will be first to know when new spots open
