Program Details
The Business Pathways to Quality program supports child care programs in Nebraska by offering:
- Business training
- Access to resources
- Mentoring to enhance operations and leadership skills
- Goal-setting and achievement support over a 6-month period
Structure:
- Directors and Family Child Care Providers set goals based on assessments
- Work with mentors over 6 months to achieve them
- After accomplishing one goal, participants can begin a new pathway for the next goal (continuous improvement model)

Program is currently full but applicants can join the waitlist to be first to know when new spots open.

- Must have a current Nebraska child care license
- Must be a Center Director or Family Child Care Program Owner
- Have a willingness to engage in self-reflection and goal setting
