Building the Future Vocational Scholarship Application The Building the Future Vocational Scholarship supports scholarships for Lake County residents to attend a public or private institution to earn a certificate or vocational/trade school degree with the intent to gain local employment. AgricultureAutomotive/MechanicalComputer/TechnologyConstructionCosmetology/Esthetician/BarberingCulinary ArtsHealthcare (Medical, Dental & Emergency Services)IT & Business ServicesManufacturing/IndustrialParalegal/Court ReporterReal EstateTransportation/Aviation Legacy Foundation PAYS awards directly to SCHOOLS, NOT students. Payments will be: Paid to the school to cover OUTSTANDING tuition costs after all other aid is used (Work One, Pell grant, etc.) AND/ORPaid towards costs for required books and/or equipment for the program.
