• Address systemic barriers challenging innovators in housing construction and delivery

• Ventures with business models that can navigate and diminish systemic barriers in housing construction

• Nine-month program duration
• Expert business, policy and technical coaching
• Networking with Terner Labs' extensive network of regulators, policymakers, strategic partners, and advisors
• International study tour of industrialized construction ecosystems
• Support for rapid business scaling
• Leadership development within regional and national industrialized construction sector
