Background The Braham Area Education Foundation is a designated endowment fund of the Initiative Foundation, established in partnership with local citizens, to serve as a philanthropic vehicle for accumulating and distributing financial resources to benefit students of the Braham Area Independent School District #314. Funding Priorities Grant applications will be considered that address the following priority areas: Expanding opportunities for Braham’s students The foundation aims to provide educational grants and learning experiences that broaden horizons for local students, from our earliest learners to Bombers transitioning to life after high school.Strengthening ties between Braham’s schools and community The foundation works to enhance opportunities for local families to take ownership in the success of our schools, and to include stakeholders throughout our area in the shared mission of educating our children.

Eligibility

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website. All Braham Area School employees, including faculty, staff and administration, are eligible to submit grant applications. Coaches and coordinators of school sponsored activities are also eligible even if they are not an employee of the district. Grants are not intended to replace funds from the regular school district budget.

Ineligibility

Expenses incurred prior to notice that the grant has been awarded are not eligible for reimbursement.
