Boulé Education Initiative Scholarship The Boulé Education Initiative Scholarship supports San Diego County students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and community engagement. Eligible applicants must have resided in San Diego County for at least one year and be either graduating high school seniors or community college transfer students planning to enroll full-time at an accredited four-year university in the United States in the fall. Applicants must demonstrate at least 80% attendance at BEI/Links events and workshops (or similar enrichment programs), and show a strong commitment to community service, extracurricular involvement, or work experience. Demonstrated financial need is required. The scholarship recognizes students who combine academic success with sustained engagement and service to their communities.Eligibility
