Geographic Scope: Greater Dallas, TX area

Purpose: The Foundation furthers education, expertise, professionalism, community service, and philanthropic activities by offering scholarships for upcoming, emerging professionals, students, and current Commercial Real Estate professionals.

Focus Areas:

BOMA International / BOMI Designation Programs

Professional Development in BOMA (Attendance at Regional or International Conference)

Eligibility

Scholarships are available to persons who meet ONE of the following criteria:

• BOMA Members in good standing of BOMA Greater Dallas
• Employees in management, operations, engineering or maintenance of a company with a Principal Member of BOMA Greater Dallas (applicant does not have to be a BOMA Member but must work for a company with a Principal Member)
• Seeking a designation through BOMA Greater Dallas (through the Building Owners and Managers Institute, BOMI) - applicant does not have to be a BOMA Member but must work for a company with a Principal Member

Requirements

• Applicant certifies that information provided is complete and accurate
• Applicant agrees to provide supporting documentation to verify information
• By submission, applicant agrees to allow BOMA Greater Dallas, BOMA Dallas Foundation, and BOMI International to publish name as award recipient in promotional materials
• Applicant indemnifies and holds harmless the Foundation, Trustees, Officers, employees, agents, and Committee Members from any claims
• Applicant authorizes Foundation representatives to contact persons/institutions listed on application for verification purposes
