The Social Determinants of Health grants will focus on the factors that influence health outcomes. They are the conditions in which people are born, grow, live, and work and the systems shaping the conditions of people’s daily lives.
Grants will be awarded that address the following categories:

Economic stability
Education access and quality
Healthcare access and quality
Neighborhoods and safe housing
Social and community context
Funding

Applicants may apply for amounts between $25,000 and $250,000. Partial Funding will not be granted.

Sponsorships or fundraising events
Programs that are specifically tobacco related. Because of the availability of funding in Arkansas from the Tobacco Settlement, the Foundation will not fund proposals that are principally tobacco related.
