Eligibility

The program is open to both teachers and students who demonstrate excellence, integrity, and a commitment to making a difference.

Classroom MVPs (Teachers): Teachers who go the extra mile to support students, sparking creativity, motivating excellence, and building stronger learning communities. They inspire curiosity, mentor beyond the classroom, and leave a lasting impact on every student.

Class Acts (Students): Students who show teamwork, leadership, and compassion—those who inspire classmates through actions, service, or academic excellence. They lead by example, support others, and make a positive difference in their community.

Award Information

Recipients of the Block Shot Grants may receive resources or recognition to help further their contributions to education and community development.

Geographic Scope

Primarily focused on Salt Lake City, Utah area, though the foundation has donated to efforts in more than 30 cities and countries globally.
