Billye Suber Aaron Legacy Scholarship Grant

The Billye Suber Aaron Legacy Scholarship, supported by the United Negro College Fund, provides renewable, need-based scholarships for full-time undergraduate students at select HBCUs. Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and demonstrate financial need. This initiative aims to empower minority students and promote educational attainment, reflecting UNCF's commitment to supporting academic excellence and leadership within the community.

We do this in three ways: By awarding more than 12,000 students scholarships, worth more than $65 million, each year. By providing financial support to 37 historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs). And by serving as the nation’s leading advocate for the importance of minority education and community engagement.
The Billye Suber Aaron Legacy Scholarship has been created to provide a renewable, need-based scholarships for undergraduate full-time college students attending Clark Atlanta University, Spelman College, Morehouse College, and Texas College.

Eligibility

Student must possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, students must be a sophomore and a full-time degree-seeking student.
Attend one of the four UNCF member institutions listed: Clark-Atlanta University, Spelman College, Morehouse College, or Texas College
Complete a FAFSA and have a demonstrated unmet financial need as verified by the attending institution
