About The Grant
A Foundation fundholder, Tim, created this opportunity in honor of his wife, Maggie, who valued and advocated for bike transportation safety during her life. The pair met at CalTrans, where Maggie became the bicycle safety coordinator and worked diligently to incorporate bicycle safety into CalTrans projects.
