Program Details

Grant requests can become sponsorship requests if the event is an established annual event and the Foundation has awarded a grant in the past. Events must be open to the entire Bexley community to qualify for funding.

Funding Levels

• For events reaching 500+ people: $1,000 awarded
• For events reaching up to 500 people: $250-$500 awarded
• Seasonal sponsorships: Discussed on case-by-case basis

Requirements

• Foundation must have awarded funds to the event in the past
• Event must be open to entire Bexley community
• All sponsorship requests reviewed and discussed by BCF Board of Directors

Annual Sponsorship Application Process

1. Determine Eligibility:
   • Event must be established annual event
   • Foundation must have awarded a grant in the past
   • Event must be open to entire Bexley community
2. Submit Sponsorship Request Form:
   • Complete annual sponsorship request form
   • Submit through designated form on website
3. Review Process:
   • All sponsorship requests reviewed and discussed by BCF Board of Directors
   • Case-by-case basis for seasonal sponsorships
