The scholarship is renewable, and renewal applicants must reapply each year, with preference given to previous recipients. Eligible applicants must be graduating seniors from a high school in the Battle Ground or Ridgefield School District, or current students at Clark College or Washington State University. Applicants must plan to continue their education at Clark College or Washington State University in the upcoming academic year and be pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree.Eligibility
