We are committed to supporting the charitable needs of the greater Fond du Lac community, now and forever. The Fond du Lac Area Foundation and our affiliate funds believe in the power of local organizations and initiatives to make a meaningful difference in our community. By supporting innovative projects and addressing pressing needs, our grants fuel the growth and sustainability of nonprofits, schools, and other groups dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents. To streamline the application process and ensure fair consideration for all, we require that all grant applications be submitted through the online grant portal. Beaver Dam Area Community Foundation Impact Grant The Beaver Dam Area Community Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life in Dodge County. Grants are made for programs likely to make a clear difference in the quality of life of a substantial number of people. Impact Grants range from $5,000 - $10,000. Impact Grants will support: Endowment building: Build capacity and sustainability by helping nonprofits leverage additional funds and incorporate endowment fundraising as a regular part of their ongoing development program. Capital projects: Bricks and mortar for important projects that will strengthen community.Capacity building: Helps to strengthen community organizations through training, education, seminars, etc.Community leadership: Proactive opportunity to support community assessments, surveys, special initiatives and leverage other sources of financial support.Community betterment: Provide support to initiatives that improve the quality of life.Start-up/entrepreneurial: Help new ideas, organizations, and community initiatives get established.Eligibility
