Selection Process
- Nomination-based: Grant recipients are nominated and selected each year by Foundation colleagues

- Selection: Board narrows candidates to 2-3 per area of focus (youth/communities or arts/environment)
- Annual rotation: Foundation is committed to supporting different non-profit organizations each year
