Bank of Greene County Charitable Foundation Grant

The Bank of Greene County Charitable Foundation Grant supports local communities through funding for non-profit organizations. Established in 1998, the foundation has contributed over $2.5 million to various sectors, including education, health, and the arts. Grants of up to $2,500 are awarded annually, with a focus on specific funding requests. Eligibility requires a 501(c)(3) status letter, while individuals and political candidates are ineligible for support.

The Bank of Greene County is proud to support local communities through grants and volunteer work.  In 1998, we created a Charitable Foundation, which coordinates funding for non-profit groups such as institutions, schools, and other community organizations.  Grants are awarded based on eligible requests received. To date, we have contributed over $2.5 million in support of our communities!

The Bank of Greene County Charitable Foundation makes annual grants of up to $2,500 per fiscal year to support non-profit organizations in our local communities.

Eligibility

Application must include the organization’s IRS determination letter of tax-exempt charitable status under section 501(c)3.An organization may submit only one application per fiscal year.
