B’nai B’rith Maimonides Lodge #46 Scholarship Grant

The B’nai B’rith Maimonides Lodge #46 Scholarship supports legally blind students pursuing post-secondary education. Established by the oldest Jewish service organization in Nashville, this scholarship honors 38 years of community service through a summer camp for visually-impaired children. The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee administers the fund, ensuring assistance reaches those in need while fostering an inclusive community. Eligible applicants must provide documentation of their legal blindness to apply.

As the oldest Jewish service organization in Nashville, B’nai B’rith Maimonides Lodge #46 has a long tradition of community service. In commemoration of the camp, B’nai B’rith Maimonides Lodge has established this Fund to provide assistance to students who are legally blind and plan to attend a post-secondary educational program.

Eligibility

Applicants must be legally blind and plan to attend a post-secondary educational program.Those eligible to apply must submit documentation that they are legally blind with doctor’s statement.
