AWS Education Equity: Credits Application At Amazon Web Services, we believe that cloud technologies have the potential to solve some of the world’s most pressing education equity issues, from bridging gaps in access to education to improving the quality of learning experiences. At AWS, we are uniquely positioned to lower barriers to education by harnessing the power of the cloud and offering access to AWS technology to organizations that build, scale, and innovate learning solutions to learners from underrepresented and underserved communities around the world. By providing access to our technology, our aim is to provide learners and their communities with access to future-skills to be able to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world. We believe that technology can be a force multiplier for organizations building innovative cloud-based solutions that remove barriers and reduce disparities in education. Examples of cloud interventions for underserved populations can include conversational artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance student engagement, learning management systems providing self-service content to educators, and student information systems to streamline and improve school administration processes. At this time, AWS is delighted to invite applications from organizations building and / or scaling learning solutions leveraging technology to request access to AWS cloud credits. AWS is offering AWS Promotional Credit to selected institutions and companies addressing educational disparities that impact underserved or underrepresented communities around the world. Selected program recipients are eligible to receive AWS Promotional Credits to help cover the AWS service usage related to your project. AWS Promotional Credit helps customers reduce or eliminate the cost to use AWS services. AWS Promotional Credit is subject to the AWS Promotional Credit Terms and Conditions. To learn about which AWS services can be utilized with these credits, please visit the billing section of your AWS Console. Funding Application request can be for up to $100,000 in AWS Promotional Credit. We will consider applications that exceed this on a case-by-case basis, and such applications must be accompanied by a justification for the requests exceeding $100,000. With successful solution deployment and spend of entire awarded credits, you can apply for a credits expansion at that time if needed to support your solution.Eligibility
