Award Purpose: Honors a woman whose academic leadership has made a significant contribution to her profession.

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be or have had a faculty role at Pepperdine University

Must have been employed by the University for ten or more years

Must be a role model for academic leaders

Potential Leadership Areas Include:

Administration at University, school, and division levels

Offices in professional organizations and academic societies

Leadership in civic and service organizations

Leadership in scholarship, teaching, and university service

Awardee is honored at the annual Women in Leadership Banquet held on the Pepperdine University campus each spring.
