Overview: Honors students who have overcome significant challenges and continue to push forward with strength and purpose. Recognizes students who have risen above adversity and inspire those around them, especially the educators who have supported their journey.

Target Population: Students who have overcome significant obstacles and demonstrate extraordinary potential and resilience.

Geographic Scope: Los Angeles County, California (LACOE service area)

Impact Track Record:

Over 15 years, the program has recognized more than 100 outstanding students

Awarded over $60,000 in total scholarships

All recipients have gone on to pursue post-secondary education in diverse fields including engineering, education, business, and the arts

Program Values: Recognizes leadership, creativity, and resilience that students carry into their communities and careers.
