Overview
Manager: Arts & Culture Alliance of Greater Knoxville
Purpose:
Provide stable financial support to arts and heritage organizations, broaden access to high-quality arts and heritage experiences, and foster excellence in the local arts and heritage field and its administration.
Eligible Applicants:
- Arts organizations
- Heritage/historical organizations
- Cultural organizations
- Located throughout the service area
Fund Distribution:
- General Operating Support Grants: 85% of Fund awarded to qualified arts and heritage organizations for operational support
- Technical Assistance Grants: 5% of Fund awarded to organizations not yet qualified for General Operating Support
- Administration & Promotion: No more than 15% for fund promotion and administration
- Endowment: Arts & Heritage Endowment component for planned giving
