Artist Support Grants

Geographic Scope: Multi-county regional program (Chatham, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, and Wake Counties)

Overview:
The Artist Support Grants program is offered in partnership with the NC Arts Council, United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County, Raleigh Arts, and other local arts councils. The program is designed to support artists during challenging times and ensure they can continue to pursue their creative work.

    Eligible Applicants

  • ALL individual artists living in Chatham, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, and Wake counties
  • Small, unincorporated groups of collaborating artists

  • Individual grants up to $1,500

    Funding Purpose

    Grants support:
  • Creation of artists' work
  • Improvement of business operations
  • Expanding capacity to bring work to new audiences
