Mission To encourage and foster the exchange of information and ideas among biomechanists working in different disciplines and fields of application, biological sciences, exercise and sports science, health sciences, ergonomics and human factors, and engineering and applied science, and to facilitate the development of biomechanics as a basic and applied science. Eligibility

Nominees must be current ASB members who are between 5 and 20 years of their terminal degrees.ASB members come from academia, industry, clinical entities, and government agencies. At any time, there are approximately 950 active members from 45+ states in the U.S., several Canadian provinces, and at least a dozen foreign countries.Candidates may be nominated by themselves or by others.Unsuccessful applications submitted will be rolled over for consideration in the subsequent year. After two review cycles, the application will need to be resubmitted to the ASB Awards Chair. You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member.
