About Us The American Association for Anatomy (AAA) is the professional home for more than 2,000 students, teachers, and practitioners of the anatomical sciences. Predoctoral Fellowship This Award is designed to develop the pathway of future anatomical scientists by providing funding for students who are current or new members of AAA completing their first masters or first doctoral degree. This mechanism will support all graduate students as they fully engage with their research in anatomical sciences. Funding Salary support up to $37,000 and up to $4,000 for Open Access Publication Charges upon abstract submission and acceptance. Up to $1,500 in travel reimbursement to the Annual Meeting in the year following the completion of the fellowship; must submit abstract and present at meeting. Successful applicants may be eligible for up to $12,000 in cost-of-education/tuition support.
