The ALTA Good Deeds Foundation supports the charitable efforts of title professionals as they work to build and strengthen their local communities and exemplify the title industry’s values of We Lead, We Deliver, We Protect. There will be two application windows per year with deadlines of January 31 and July 31.The number of grants awarded each year will vary.

Eligibility

Only applications with all of the requested information will be considered.Individuals in the land title and settlement industry may apply for grants on behalf of 501(c)(3) organizations they support. Individuals can enlist the charitable organization to help answer some of the questions, but the application is designed for someone in the industry to submit.You do not need to be an ALTA member to apply. Ineligibility

We will not award a second grant to the same organization until more than two years have passed since the first grant.
