AlohaCare Grants AlohaCare supports community-based innovations that strive to improve access to quality health care for low-income and underserved populations. Annually, Imua Loa grants are approved on a rolling basis, until funds have been exhausted for the year. Proposals must include a description of the project goal(s), timeline, target population, progress measures and deliverables, and project team and organizational partners. Awardees are required to report outcomes at least annually.
