The Community Foundation offers both need and merit based scholarships.
Birthmothers that have placed their child for adoption
Preference for a birthmother who is a resident of Florida or has placed the child/children with adoptive parents in Florida
Demonstrates financial need
To be used for post high school continuing education, vocational, college or university. School must be accredited, non-profit, and in the United States
Scholarship may be used for tuition, room and board, books and other education-related expenses
Recipient must maintain a GPA of 2.0 at the institution where the scholarship is being used
