ALL RISE Mini-Grant Program Our experience in education tells us humans need to be physiologically and socially comfortable, as well as psychologically happy, to be good learners. Since 2019, the ALL RISE Mini-Grant program has supported organizations that provide activities in an appropriate atmosphere to enhance development of skills to improve citizenship for youth. The Aaron Judge ALL RISE Foundation believes children, youth, and their families in our communities need encouragement, direction, and support not only from their school and family systems, but also from organizations like us. ALL RISE Mini-Grants support youth-based projects in Bronx County, NY; Fresno County, CA; and San Joaquin County, CA. One $3,000 ALL RISE Mini-Grant will be awarded in each geographic area three times each year. An organization can apply online to support projects or programs that align with our mission statement and address any of the following: Youth Leadership development This includes programs that build the following skills: Time Management; Public Speaking; Accountability; Team Work; Organizational Skills; Collaboration; Decision Making; Communication Skills; Commitment Youth Citizenship and Character development This includes programs that build the following skills: Responsibility; Positive Attitude; Honesty; Respect; Integrity; Trustworthiness; Caring for Others; Positivity & Passion Health and Well-being (physical and/or mental) This includes programs that support the following: Children and youth experiencing difficult circumstances related to health, finances, housing, or family Improving family involvement and connectedness with schools Behavior and health improvement School Activities This includes: School assemblies to improve culture and climate of the campus Supporting academic achievement and attendance recognition Community Involvement Examples of these programs include: Neighborhood improvement projects National Night Out activities Block parties to increase communications and friendliness Local government participation and awarenessEligibility
